摘  要:目的研究建立鉴别虎掌南星与天南星药材的方法。方法应用近红外光谱(NIRS)技术结合模式识别法分析药材,在12 500~3 600 cm-1范围内采集光谱,以21点平滑后一阶导数经矢量归一化的方法预处理光谱,采用OPUS/IN-DENT定性分析软件的沃德法(Ward's Algorithm)进行聚类分析,MATLAB7.8软件进行主成分分析。结果在6 445.2~6 098.1 cm-1和4 601.5~4 246.7 cm-1区域,基于聚类分析和主成分分析的模式识别法均可以鉴别虎掌南星和天南星药材。结论近红外光谱技术结合聚类分析和主成分分析的模式识别法可用于鉴别虎掌南星和天南星药材,方法简单、快速、具有可操作性。AIM To establish a convenient analytic method in order to indentify Pinelliae Rhizoma and Arisaematis Rhizoma.METHODS Pinelliae Rhizoma and Arisaematis Rhizoma were analyzed by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) combined with pattern recognition method.After a 21 point smoothing and first derivative with vector normalization preprocess,the spectra collected in the range of 12 500-3 600 cm-1 were analyzed using cluster analysis and principal component analysis.RESULTS In the range of 6 445.2-6 098.1 and 4 601.5-4 246.7 cm-1,Pinelliae Rhizoma and Arisaematis Rhizoma were divided into two classes of their own using cluster analysis.Arisaematis Rhizoma clustered according to the species and regions.Moreover,Pinelliae Rhizoma and Arisaematis Rhizoma were distributed in different regions of the figure in the principal component analysis,respectively.There was a trend that Arisaematis Rhizoma of the same species or from similar origins were close to each other in the PCA score plot.CONCLUSION It is simple,rapid and operable to use NIRS combined with pattern recognition method to identify Pinelliae Rhizoma and Arisaematis Rhizoma.
