摘  要:大力发展中小银行是解决中小企业贷款难的有效途径,然而近年来中小银行异地机构扩张速度过快,潜在一定风险。本文通过分析山东省德州市的"中小企业融资超市"案例,认为中小银行先通过"融资超市"平台来开拓市场,当客户累积到一定规模时再设置机构,是异地业务拓展的稳健模式。To develop the small and medium sized banks is an effective way to solve the problem of getting loans for SMEs.However,the off-site agencies of small and medium sized banks are experiencing rapid expansion,which will bring about comparatively big potential risks.By analyzing the case of the SMEs financing supermarket built in Dezhou,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of building institutions and markets firstly in the off-sites,the article concludes that it is a sound mode for the small and medium sized banks to participating in the financing supermarket firstly before clients reaching enough size to build off-site agencies.
