摘　　要：全球经济金融一体化的深入和大宗商品贸易发展迅猛,为我国商业银行发展大宗商品结构贸易融资带来了商机,但也对商业银行风险控制提出了挑战。本文首先介绍了风险评估的理论基础,然后采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立了风险评估模型,并对大宗商品结构贸易融资风险进行了考察。Along with the deeply global economy financial integration,commodity trading is developing rapidly,and brings commercial banks the opportunity to develop commodity structured trade finance.Meanwhile,it also poses a challenge to commercial banks to control risk in practice operation.This paper focuses on the risk assessment of commercial bank＇s commodity structured trade finance.Starting with analysis of the risk of commodity structured trade finance,this paper introduces the theoretical foundation of risk assessment,and then establishes risk assessment model.
