摘 要:本文采用2,6-二氯酚靛酚滴定法[1],分析测定了玫瑰花提取精油后的废弃物——生产废水和废渣中还原型抗坏血酸的含量.其中生产废水中还原型抗坏血酸的含量是0.7425mg/100g;生产废渣中还原型抗坏血酸的含量是6.6mg/100g.结果表明:经过消煮的生产排放废水中还原型抗坏血酸的含量明显低于排放湿花渣中还原型抗坏血酸含量.In this study the content of ascorbic acid in rose flower waste was determined by 2,6-dichlorophenol indophenol titration method.The rose flower waste which was by-product of rose oils contained waste liquid and waste residue.The content of ascorbic acid in waste liquid was 0.7425mg/100g,while the content was 6.6 mg/100g in waste residue.All results showed that the content of ascorbic acid in boiled waste liquid was significantly lower than that was in waste residue.
