摘  要:在蜜蜂的社会里各自都有着明确的分工,但在蜂群失王形成无王群的情况下,一些工蜂迅速发育自身的卵巢,蜂群结构发生变化。对无王群巢内蜂和采集蜂的卵巢和王浆腺发育程度进行分析,结果表明在无王群中巢内蜂的卵巢发育等级高于采集蜂,且王浆腺的发育程度与卵巢的发育等级具有较高的相关性。无王群卵巢发育的工蜂大都担任巢内产卵、哺育的工作,采集工作则主要由卵巢发育等级低的工蜂负责。Individuals in honeybee society have their own jobs. Some workers activated their ovaries when the colony was dequeened and the structure of the colony had changed. This study was analyzed of ovary and hypopharyngeal gland (HPG) of in-hive workers and foragers of queenless colony. The results suggested that the ovary activation degree of in-hive workers was higher than that of foragers in queenless colony, and there was correlation between development degree of HPGs and ovary activation degree. In queenless colony workers with high ovary acti vation degree mostly did some in-hive jobs such as laying eggs and feeding larvae, while workers with lower ovary activation degree were responsible for foraging work.
