大豆质核互作雄性不育系W_(945)A、W_(948)A的选育

摘　　要：用大豆Ｗ２０２（中油８９Ｂ）作母本，分别与Ｗ２１０、Ｗ２１２二个品种杂交的Ｆ１ 发现不育株，通过正反交测定属质核互作型不育，通过连续四代核置换回交，获雌雄育性较稳定的二个不育系Ｗ９４５Ａ和Ｗ９４８Ａ。The sterile plants in F 1 generation through the soybean variety W 202 (Zhongyou 89B) crossing with the varieties W 210 and W 212 . The sterility belonged to the nucleo-cytoplasmic one through the reciprocal crossing test. Two sterile lines, W 945 A,W 948 A, with relative stable male and female fertility were obtained through successive 4 generations nucleo-alternative back-cross.
