摘　　要：采用以水为中心，水、草、林、机、料、渠、路、田配套建设以及饲草料种植、加工、养畜配套技术，使草料增产３０ ％ 以上。１９９４ ～１９９８ 年建设高效益规范化配套草库伦１７０９６ 处，６ ．６４ 万ｈｍ２ ，新增草料产值３．５ 亿元，新增纯收益２２５８４ ．６３ 万元，多出售牲畜１０１ ．６ 万头（ 只） ，使草地建设、饲草料加工、牲畜饲养管理走向标准化、规范化，提高了整体生产水平，促进了牧区经济的发展和社会进步。By means of complete set construction of irrigation, vegetation, forest, machinery, grain feeds, canel, road, cropping lands, based on water resources, and animal raising techniques, the output of vegetation and grain feeds increased by more than 30 per sent. From 1994 to 1998, 17096 standardized fenced-pastures were set up, covering a total land area of 66.4 thousand hm\+2. Newly increased output value of feed was 354.68 million Yuan and newly increased net income was 225.85 million Yuan. In the five year period, a newly increased 1.016171 million animals were sold out. This project has improved total output of grassland livestock production and has brought about a great advance in pastaral economy and in society.
