辛夷鼻炎丸在下鼻甲等离子射频消融术后的应用

摘　　要：目的观察辛夷鼻炎丸在慢性肥厚性鼻炎低温等离子射频消融术后应用的疗效。方法将110例慢性肥厚性鼻炎并接受鼻内镜下等离子射频消融术的患者分为试验组和对照组各55例,术后均在应用抗生素+鼻类固醇激素治疗的基础上,试验组口服辛夷鼻炎丸,对照组口服维生素类药物,术后随访1个月。分别于术前及术后2周、1个月应用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价鼻塞的主观感觉,并观察术后鼻腔黏膜肿胀情况。结果试验组患者和对照组患者术前鼻塞VAS评分为(7.36±0.99)分和(7.35±0.75)分,术后2周VAS评分为(4.25±1.04)分和(5.18±1.32)分,术后1个月VAS评分为(2.51±1.25)分和(3.16±1.32)分。术后2周及1个月组间疗效比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辛夷鼻炎丸是慢性肥厚性鼻炎低温等离子射频消融术后较好的辅助用药。Objective To observe the effect of Xinyibiyanwan on patients post operation of radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were divided into experinment group and control group who received treatment of radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope.All the cases were based on the treatment of antibiotics and nasal steroids after operation.Experimental group（n=55） was treated with Xinyibiyanwan and control group（n=55） was treated with Vitamin drugs.All the patients had been followed up for 1 month postoperatively.The compliant of nasal obstruction was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS）before the treatment,2 weeks and 1 month after operation,and nasal mucosal swelling were observed during the follow up period.Results The preoperative VAS scores of nasal obstruction in experimental group and control group were（7.36±0.99） and（7.35±0.75）respectively.The VAS scores decreased to（4.25±1.04） and（5.18±1.32） 2 weeks after treatment respectively and（2.51±1.25） and（3.16±1.32） 1 month after treatment respectively.The difference of VAS scores decrease at 2 weeks and 1 month between the two groups were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Xinyibiyanwan is the better adjuvant on post operation of radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.
