摘　　要：目的探讨微型钢板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法对26例(36处)掌指骨骨折采用国产微型钢板进行内固定治疗。结果术后随访2个月～12个月,骨折全部愈合。按TAM评价,功能优17例,良9例。结论微型钢板内固定操作简单,固定可靠,辅以术后早期功能锻炼,可得到满意的治疗结果,是治疗掌指骨骨折较理想的固定方法。Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture with mini-plate.Methods 26 cases（36lesions）of metacarpal and phalangeal fractureswere treated with domestic produed miniplates system.Results Postoperative follow up ranged from 2to 12 months.Fracture union was obtained in all cases.According to the evaluation system of TAM scales,the results were excellent in 17 cases and good in 9.Conclusion Internal fixation with miniplates system requires simple manipulation and provides rigid fixation and plus early exercise,and so the satisfactory outcome can be abtained.
