电子阴道镜诊断宫颈疾病6576例临床分析

摘　　要：目的评价电子阴道镜检查在宫颈疾病诊断中的价值。方法收集2005年1月至2008年6月在奉贤区妇幼保健所作电子阴道镜检查、病理活检和巴氏涂片的6576例资料进行回顾性总结,有关数据作统计学分析。结果电子阴道镜检出:宫颈炎6339例、癌前病变227例、宫颈癌10例;病理检出:宫颈炎6183例、癌前病变382例、宫颈癌11例;巴氏涂片检出:宫颈炎382例、癌前病变45例、宫颈癌1例。结论电子阴道镜筛查宫颈癌方便、安全、准确,可起到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,具有显著的临床意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of the electronic vaginal endoscopy for cervical disease.MethodAs the patients of elctronic vaginal endoscopy,pathological biopsy and pap smear examinations from Junuary,2005 to June,2008 in Fengxian Maternity and Child healthy Centers,their data of 6576 cases were collected to do the retrospective summary,and the relevant data were analysed by statistics.ResultThe detection limit by electronic colposcope is 6339 cervicitis,227 precancerous lesions and 10 cervical cancers;The detection limit by pathological examinations is 6183 cervicitis,382 precancerous lesions and 11 cervical cancers;The detection limit by pap smear is 382 cervicitis,45 precancerous lesions and 1 cervical cancer.Conclusion The screening cervical cancer by electronic colposcope,is very convenient,safe and accurate,may achieve the objective of early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment,and has the remarkable significance for clinical treatment.
