摘　　要：为探讨原发性高血压患者的血胰岛素水平,胰岛素敏感性指数和血脂水平的变化。对原发性高血压患者50例与正常对照组30例测定空腹血糖(BC),血总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDl—ch)、载脂蛋白AI、B(apoA I、B)及血胰岛素(Ins),计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI),进行对照分析。结果高血压患者的Ins、BG,TG、apoB显著高于对照组(P<0.01),HDL—ch、apoA I、apoA I/apoB及ISI较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示高血压患者存在高胰岛素血症和胰岛素抵抗,胰岛素敏感性指数降低是血管病变的危险因素之一。To find the changes of serum insulin (Ins)、insulin sensitivity index(ISI) and serum lipids in essential hypertension (EH). The concentrations of BG,TC,TG,HDL-ch,apoA、B and Ins were measured in 50 patients with EH and 30 healthy controls. The ISI of each group was calculated and compared. Ins BG,TG,ApoB was significantly higher( P <0. 01),While HDL-ch,apoA I ,apoa I /apoB and ISI was markedly lower in patients with EH than that of control group( P <0. 01).These results indicate that patients in EH group are associated with hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance and the reduction of ISI is one of the risk factors for angiopathy.
