腹腔镜下切口疝修补术46例护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜下切口疝患者实施完全腹腔镜下补片修补术的围手术期护理经验。方法对2006年2月至2010年10月收治的46例切口疝患者采用完全腹腔镜下疝补片修补术围手术期护理进行观察。结果 45例患者完成腹腔镜下切口疝修补术,所有患者均治愈,手术切口Ⅰ/A期愈合,平均住院日6.2d,术后随访1~38个月,无手术死亡和复发病例。结论完全腹腔镜下切口疝修补术具有创伤小、恢复快、术后疼痛轻、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,明显减少了护理工作量。Objective To summarize nursing experience of 46 patients with incisional hernia treated by laparoscopic hernia repair.Methods Observed the effect of perioperative nursing on 46 cases with incisional hernia treated by laparoscopic hernia repair from February 2006 to October 2010.Results 45 patients were treated by laparoscopic hernia repair,and all patients were in cure withⅠ/A surgical incision healing,and the average length of stay were 5.2 days,and no patient died.After1-38 months of follow-up,no case was relapsed.Conclusion Total laparoscopic hernia repair is minimally invasive,with short recovery course,less pain after surgery,little complication and short hospitalized time.It can obviously reduce the nursing work load.
