Leep刀与BBT自凝刀在宫颈糜烂治疗中的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨Leep刀与BBT自凝刀在宫颈糜烂的治疗效果。方法将桃源县九溪卫生院2008年9月至2010年9月收治的320例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组160例,观察组采用BBT多功能射频治疗仪(自凝刀)治疗,对照组采用高频电波刀(Leep刀)治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应。结果观察组与对照组治疗的总有效率分别为97.5%(156/160)、95.0%(152/160),两组无显著性差异,P>0.05。观察组的脱痂期血≥月经量者多于对照组,P<0.05。但观察组的术后出血率、感染率、愈合不良率显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 Leep刀与BBT自凝刀都是治疗宫颈糜烂的有效方法,应根据患者的实际情况结合两种方法的优缺点进行选择。Objective Leep knife blade and BBT self-curing effect in the treatment of cervical erosion.MethodTaoyuan Jiuxi Hospital from September 2008 to September 2010,320 cases of cervical erosion treated patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 160 patients in the observation group with multi-function radio frequency treatment instrument BBT（from curing knife） treatment,control group,high frequency radiosurgical knife（Leep knife） treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups were compared,side effects.Results Observation group and control group the total effective rate was 97.5%（156/160）,95.0%（152/160）,there was no significant difference,P0.05.Off the scab of the observation group ≥ menstrual blood than from the control group,P0.05.However,the postoperative bleeding rate of the observation group,infection rates,healing rates were significantly better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion Leep coagulation knife from the knife and BBT is an effective method of treatment of cervical erosion,should be based on the actual situation of patients with advantages and disadvantages of two methods to choose.
