摘　　要：对外货物运输保险单据制作是否合适关系到保单权利的控制和转让。通过对国际商会最新公开案例的研究,指出了在信用证下,受益人应如何依据信用证条款、相关惯例的要求等制作保险单据的被保险人,以控制保单权利,并说明了转让保单时的背书问题,以规范单证业务,减少业务纠纷。Whether the cargo transportation insurance document is made out properly or not is related to the control and transfer of in-surance interest.The article analyzes some cases just released by ICC,points out how the Beneficiary issues the insured in compliance with the conditions and terms of Letter of Credit / ISBP681,explains the endorsement in connection with the document transfer in order to obtain qualified documents and reduce disputes and complaints.
