摘 要:目的 为使血氟测定简便化,探讨末梢血氟代替静脉血氟及血清氟的可能性。方法 随机选取研究对象27 人,分为氟组和对照组。氟组给予含氟10 mg/L的茶水300 ml 饮用。利用“微量加标对电极法”测定1 小时后新鲜血样及放置4 ℃48 小时后的末梢血、静脉血及血清氟含量。结果 各组存放前的末梢血与静脉血、末梢血与血清的氟含量具有相关性(r 为0 .364 和0 .582) ,存放后末梢血氟与静脉血氟一致,且较存放前明显升高。结论 存放前末梢血氟可反映血中的氟含量。Objective To simplify the fluoride determination method. Methods 27 volunteers were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups, the fluoride group and the control group. 300 ml boiled water (containing sodium fluoride 10 mg/L) was drank by the fluoride group. The F - concentration in peripheral blood (from finger tip), venous blood and serum were determined right after drinking for 1 h and after storing at 4℃ for 48 h. Results The results showed that the concentration of F - in peripheral blood appeared to be correlated with that in venous blood and in serum ( r =0.36, r =0.58) before storing. After 48 h storing, the F - in peripheral blood had no difference with that in venous blood. Conclusion It suggested that the F - in pre storing peripheral blood could represent the level of F - in venous blood.
