摘  要:采用盆栽试验,研究了复混肥中分别添加硫酸锰(MnSO4)、氨基酸螯合锰(Mn-AA)和EDTA螯合锰(Mn-EDTA)对番茄产量和品质的影响。结果表明,肥料中添加3中不同形态锰(基肥和追肥添加锰分别为1500mg/kg和500mg/kg),添加MnSO4、Mn-AA和Mn-EDTA的处理分别比对照增产54.3%、79.8%和56.4%;其中,添加Mn-AA对提高番茄品质最好,可提高果实维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性蛋白质含量和游离氨基酸含量,降低可滴定酸含量,提高果实的糖酸比。以上结果表明,N,P,K复混肥中适量添加不同形态锰均可有效提高番茄的产量和品质,添加Mg-AA效果最佳。Tomato was used to study the effects of adding the manganese sulfate (MnSO 4),amino-acid chelated manganese (Mn-AA) or Ethylenediamine tetra acetic acid disodium manganese (Mn-EDTA) into compound fertilizer on yield and quality.The results showed that adding the three kinds morphology manganese to fertilizer (the addition Mn of basal fertilizer and top dressing was 1500 and 500 mg/kg) all could increase the yield and quality of tomato.The addition of MnSO 4,Mn-AA and Mn-EDTA could increase the yield by 54.3% 、 79.8% and 56.4%.The addition of Mn-AA was the best to improve tomato quality,with increasing Vitamin C,soluble solids,soluble protein,and free amino acids,decreasing the contents of titratable acid and increasing the sugar acid ratio.According to the above results,adding the different morphology manganese into compound fertilizer could increase the yield and quality of tomato,and the addition of Mn-AA was the best.
