摘　　要：为了全面分析陕西省农业信息化进程中的优势和劣势以及所面临的机遇和威胁,利用SWOT分析的方法,为陕西省农业信息化建设和发展提供有价值的建议和对策。陕西省农业信息化建设拥有基础设施、科学技术、地理区位等方面的优势,也存在经济基础薄弱、服务体系不健全等劣势;在拥有各级政府支持和相关工程等机遇的同时,也面临着群众信息意识差、建设资金短缺等问题。从政府作用、信息资源、服务体系、人才队伍等方面提出了推进陕西省农业信息化建设的策略。In order to fully analysis advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and threats in the process of Shaanxi Province agricultural informatization, so as to put forward some valuable suggestions and countermeasures for agricultural informatization construction of Shaanxi Province. Using the SWOT analysis method. Shaanxi had the infrastructure, science and technology, geographical location and other advantages, there was also weak economic base, the imperfect service system and other disadvantages; with the governments support and opportunities related to engineering, while also facing the poor awareness of the masses of information, shortage of construction funds and other issues. From aspects and so on government function, information resource, services structure, talented person troop proposed advances the Shaanxi Province agriculture informationization construction.
