摘 要:企业社会工作以社会工作的理论与方法服务于企业,是企业管理的一个重要组成部分。其以人为本,自助助人的理念,对于解决员工困惑,帮助员工成长,促进企业和谐有着重大的作用。而由于中国企业对于企业社会工作的陌生,企业管理中重物不重人,员工的人性需求受到忽视。员工们只得采用弱者的武器———用脚投票,跳槽走人,其中蓝领员工的频繁流失成为中国企业的突出问题。随着"刘易斯拐点"的临近,劳工荒开始显现,企业开始注意缓解蓝领工人的流失问题。本文以苏州工业园区实际调查为例,探讨企业社工在缓解这一问题方面可能做的工作,以促进企业管理工作的人性化发展。Corporate social work which is using the social work of the theory and methods is an important component part of the manage- ment of enterprises. Corporate social work is the aided person's idea, for the solution of the staff and important role to promoting harmonious de- velopment of staffs. But as a result of Chinese Enterprise regarding corporate social work strangeness, the business management is the heavy item not person, especially neglecting of the staff's human nature demand. The staffs have to use weaker one's weapon: with the foot voting, changing job, in which blue collar staff frequently drains into Chinese Enterprise the prominent question. While "Louise i~,flection point" ap- proaching, the laborer uncultivated land starts to appear, the enterprise starts to pay attention to the question of the blue-collar worker's drains. This article take the Suzhou industry garden area as the example, to discuss the work of corporate social worker is alleviating which aspect possibly does, promotes the business management work friendly.
