摘  要:单环羧酸盐属于分散型聚合物成核剂。介绍了以苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸铝和六氢化邻苯二甲酸盐为代表的单环羧酸盐成核剂的合成方法、主要物性及其在聚合物中的应用。苯甲酸钠是最早使用的成核剂之一,具有制备工艺简单、价格便宜、应用广泛的优点;苯甲酸铝是目前仍在使用的增刚成核剂,具有制备工艺较为简单、价格适中的优点;而六氢化邻苯二甲酸盐是目前为止应用性能最好的单环羧酸盐成核剂,具有聚合物结晶温度高、结晶时间短和吸水性差等优点,其不足之处在于合成工艺较为复杂,且价格昂贵。欲提高单环羧酸盐成核剂的使用性能并降低价格,一是要降低HHPA盐的粒度,提高其在聚合物中的分散度和成核效果;二是与同类型的成核剂进行复配;三是与其他类型的成核剂或助剂如抗氧剂复合使用,发挥不同助剂之间的协同效应。Monocyclic carboxylate is a dispersive-type polymer nucleating agent.This article describes the methods for synthesizing monocyclic carboxylate nucleating agents,typified by sodium benzoate,aluminum benzoate and hexahydro phthalate,such products′ main properties and their application in polymers.Sodium benzoate was one of the earliest nucleating agents developed,characterized by simple production process,low price and wide application.Aluminum benzoate is a stiffening nucleating agent still in use,characterized by relatively simple production process and moderate prices.Hexahydro phthalate is the monocyclic carboxylate nucleating agent with the best application so far,characterized by high polymer crystallization temperature,short crystallization time and poor water absorbability.The disadvantages of this product include relatively complex synthesis technology and high prices.To raise the usability of monocyclic carboxylate nucleating agents and reduce their prices,the first approach is to reduce the particle size of HHPA to increase its dispersion degree in polymer and nucleating effect;the second approach is to mix with other nucleating agents of the same type to form new compounds;and the third approach is to use them in combination with other types of nucleating agents or auxiliary agents such as antioxidants to achieve synergy.
