摘　　要：为了解决目前专科性院校师生的信息素养不高而导致高校数字化校园建设受阻的问题,设计一个学习平台,该平台包括小组互动、网络资源、公告新闻、在线互动、在线博客功能,该平台采用Php+mysql技术。该平台及时解决师生碰到的计算机疑问,及时公布重大通知,让相近区域的老师结成互助小组。通过该平台的运行使用,引导了一批有计算机特长的师生参与高校数字化校园的建设,逐步提高了师生的信息素养。In order to solve the problem of specialized colleges in using internet which making the digitized campus construction suffocated because the teachers and the students are not sophisticated.therefore we designed a php＋mysql based learning platform that includes group interaction,network resources,bulletin news,online interactive,online blog feature.The platform is intended for responding to the request of teachers and students,and made it possible for them to help eachother.With the application of this platform,more and more teachers and students are becoming fond of the digitized campus construction.
