血细胞源性TFmRNA及血浆Fib水平与肢体动静脉血栓的研究

摘　　要：目的研究肢体动静脉血栓患者体内血细胞源性组织因子(TF)mRNA的表达及血浆Fib水平。方法采用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法对动脉血栓组、静脉血栓组患者及对照组成员外周血血细胞组织因子进行检测,并用全自动血凝仪分析血浆Fib水平。结果动脉血栓组、静脉血栓组TF mRNA水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);动静脉血栓组血浆Fib水平较对照组明显增高,差异有统计学意义。结论血细胞源性TF mRNA、血浆Fib在肢体动静脉血栓患者外周血中显著增高。Objective To investigate bloodcell TFmRNA and plasma Fib level in patients with arterious or venous thrombus. Methods Detect the bloodcell TFmRNA of the patients with arterious or venous thrombus and control group by means of RT - PCR and analyze the plasma Fib level for them by full automatici - coagulometer. Results The expression of TFmRNA in the blood of the patients with arterious or venous thrombus were significant higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 ） ; the plasma Fib level in patients with arterious or venous thrombus were significant higher than that of the control group too. Conclusion Bloodcell TFmRNA and plasma Fib level were extremly high in the peripheral blood of the patients with arterious or venous thrombus.
