济安舒能与贝复济治疗Ⅱ度放射性皮炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察济安舒能与贝复济治疗Ⅱ度放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法将104例Ⅱ度放射性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例给予济安舒能喷雾,对照组52例给予贝复济喷雾。结果治疗组显效率69.2%,总有效率100%;对照组显效率40.4%,总有效率84.6%,两组患者治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论济安舒能治疗Ⅱ度放射性皮炎疗效较好,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical results of Ⅱ degrees radioactive dermatitis by Ji＇an shuneng spraying and Bfgf - Torita. Methods 104 cases of Ⅱdegrees radioactive dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups,52 cases in treatment group were treated by Ji＇an shuneng spraying, while the other 52 patients were treated by Bfgf- Torita. Results The significant efficiency was 69. 2% ,the total effective rate was 100% in treatment group,while 40. 4% and 84. 6% in control group. The therapeutic effect was significant difference in the two groups, which is better in treatment group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ji＇an shuneng spraying is a good methods in the therapy of Ⅱ degrees radioactive dermatitis. It＇s worthy clinical promotion.
