米非司酮联合中药在持续性异位妊娠中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮联合中药治疗输卵管保守手术后发生持续性异位妊娠(PEP)的效果。方法选择2003年1月～2011年1月在笔者所在医院住院,要求保留生育功能,且具有保守手术指征的异位妊娠患者,行保守手术治疗后的持续性异位妊娠患者共23例予以米非司酮联合中药治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果米非司酮联合联合中药方剂治疗持续性异位妊娠患者均治疗成功,无一例再行手术治疗。结论米非司酮联合中药治疗异位妊娠患者保守手术后的持续性异位妊娠效果好,副作用小,无一例发生严重并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of mifepristone combining Chinese crude drug prevention to persistent ectopic pregnancy after conservative surgery. Methods From January 2003 to January 2011 in our hospital to keep reproductive function, and accord with conservative surgery conditions shall be jointly mifepristoue influences of 23 patients herbal treatment observe its therapeutic effect. Results Compatibility witb mifepristone influences herbal treatment persistent ectopic pregnancy patients were treated success. No one surgery. Conclusion Curative effect of Mifepristone combining Chinese crude drug to cure fallopian Persistent ectopic pregnancy after conservative surgery was better. No one serious complication side effect was few, and to be worth to spread in clinic.
