山东省青州市某企业2型糖尿病患者在健康管理互动平台综合干预下的效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过健康管理互动平台对2型糖尿病患者综合干预的效果评价,了解该措施对改善糖尿病的有效性。方法采用方便抽样原则,选取山东省青州市某企业236例2型糖尿病患者,通过健康管理互动平台进行为期3个月的干预,干预前后分别进行体格及生化检查和自编问卷调查。结果干预前后调查对象空腹血糖值由8.67±0.99 mmol/L下降至7.91±1.15 mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后膳食评分由90.0±18.7分增加至94.9±20.7分,更接近理想分值,油脂类和糖类评分均有所下降且较干预前远离理想分值,与理想分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后每周高强度运动时间减少了112分钟,中强度运动时间增加了127分钟,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后调查对象饮酒频率有所下降,46名饮酒者由经常喝酒转变为偶尔喝或不喝,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以健康管理互动平台为基础的综合干预对改善2型糖尿病患者的健康指标和生活方式具有一定的有效性。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of health management interactive platform on intervening type 2 diabetes.Methods Through easy sampling,236 type 2 diabetes patients in a company in Qingzhou City of Shandong Province were selected to receive 3-month health management by interactive platform.Physical condition and blood biomedical data were monitored,and investigated by lifestyle questionnaires respectively before and after the intervention.Results The patients＇ fasting blood-glucose value decreased to 7.91±1.15 mmol/ L from 8.67±0.99 mmol/ L,and there was statistical significant（P0.05）.The total diet marks increased to 94.9±20.7 from 90.0±18.7,closer to the ideal value.The marks of saccharine,oil and fat were lower and worse than before to ideal value;the differences were statistical significant（P0.05）.The weekly average time of thigh intensity exercise decreased by 112 minutes,and medium intensity exercise increased by 127 minutes.The differences were statistical significant（P0.05）.The drinking frequency was also lower,46 of previous drinkers altered their drinking frequency to seldom or none.The differences were statistical significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention based on health management interactive platform was in evident effect to improve diabetes patients＇ health conditions and life styles.
