摘　　要：培育新的产业增长点成为我国各级政府"十二五"期间关注的热点和重点。合理选择和培育新的产业增长点对一个省份或地区实现经济快速发展具有非常重要的现实意义。本文以陕西省工业产业为例,运用数据包络(DEA)和主成分因子分析法对"十二五"产业部门进行选择与评价,得出"十二五"期间,应将通用专用设备制造业、石油和天然气开采业、化学工业等十大产业作为陕西省的产业增长点予以重点培育,应该从环境营造、产业政策、金融支持等方面给予大力支持。Fostering new industry growth point become the focus and emphasis of governments at 12th Five-year Plan.Rational choicing and fostering new industry growth point has a very important practical significance for rapid economic development of a province or a region.This paper used DEA and principal component factor analysis method to evaluate 24 industries in Shaanxi Province,then concluded： 12th Five-year Plan period,Shanxi should general and special equipment manufacturing,oil and gas industry,chemical industry and so on as ten primary industry growth point to be focused on cultivating.We should give support from the environment,industrial policy,financial support,etc.
