摘　　要：剑桥大学的科技商业体系为大学内部科研成果的转化提供了十分系统的服务,这些服务的核心包含两方面的内容:一是降低科研成果转化的"门槛";二是降低科研成果转化的风险。这个体系的顺利运行还依赖于其背后的三个基础:创业教育、对外咨询以及合理的收益分配机制。The technology transfer system of Cambridge University provides systematic services.The core of these services consists of two aspects： reducing the ＂threshold＂ of technology transformation,and reducing its risk.But the smooth operation of this system depends on three bases： entrepreneurship education,technical consultant and a reasonable profit distribution.
