思乐扣导管固定装置在深静脉置管护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨传统缝合固定法和“思乐扣”导管固定装置在深静脉置管护理中的应用效果。方法对临床进行深静脉置管的患者，按照本人及家属的意愿，分别采用传统缝合固定（n=90）和“思乐扣”导管固定装置（n=56）固定深静脉置管，并对固定术后患者的舒适度、经济承受力进行调查；统计并发症、医务人员针刺伤、导管留置时间及是否进行计划外重复操作，进行分析比较。结果“思乐扣”导管固定装置在患者舒适度、并发症的发生率、留置时间等方面均显著优于缝合组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论“思乐扣”导管固定装置在深静脉置管护理中的应用明显优于传统缝合固定方式，具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To observe the stabilization effects in the CVC nursing by stat lock plus stabilization device and traditional sewing way. Methods By a questionnaire survey method in personal will, we investigated and compared the different effects of two stabilization ways, including comfortable degree, commercial burden, complications, needle-stick-events, staying-time and unplanned nursing operation. Results There is an obvious significant difference of ＂stat-lock＂ device than traditional sewing way in any investigation item. Conclusions ＂stat- lock＂ plus stabilization device has a great future in the CVC nursing.
