背心型保鲜袋在认知障碍男性尿失禁患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察背心型保鲜袋在认知障碍男性尿失禁患者中应用的临床效果。方法将126例认知障碍的男性尿失禁患者随机分为2组，背心型保鲜袋组（n=63）和非背心型保鲜袋组（n=63），观察2组保鲜袋接尿方法护理效果的情况。结果2组接尿效果比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论背心型保鲜袋组在认知障碍的男性尿失禁患者接尿的效果明显优于非背心型保鲜袋组，有效地减少了并发症的发生，适用于医院及家庭护理。Objective To observe clinical results of the vest-type storage bag in male patients received urinary incontinence with cognitive impairment. Methods All 126 male patients with urinary incontinence and cognitive impairment were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups, the vest-type storage bag group and the control group, and we observed the occurrence of storage bag off, perineal skin eczema, skin damage situation in two groups. Results There were significant differences in the occurrence rate of storage bag off, perineal skin eczema, skin damage situation between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The usage of vest- type storage in the cognitive impairment of patients with urinary incontinence has significantly better results, may effectively reduce the incidence of the complications. It is practical in hospitals and home care.
