摘　　要：目的　探讨改进抗疟药包装提高间日疟病人服药的依从率。方法　按我国推行治疗间日疟的氯喹合并伯喹８ 日疗法的剂量和疗程，制成小盒包装。实验组使用新包装；传统用纸包或纸袋发药为对照组。采用问卷调查和测定病人血清中苯巴比妥标记物水平与剂量比率，确定新包装与传统纸包或纸袋包药病人完成全程足量的服药率。结果　新包装实验组完成全程足量服药率为９７１％ ；纸包或纸袋对照组完成全程足量服药率为８０５％ ，前者服药的依从率高于后者，两组之间差别非常显著（ Ｐ＜ ００１）。新包装药的３ 天和８ 天疗程依从率没有差别；传统纸包或纸袋分发药的８ 天疗程依从率显著低于３ 天疗程（ Ｐ＜ ００５）。结论　新包装抗疟药病人全程足量的服药依从率优于传统用纸包或纸袋包药的方法。Objective To explore the effect of imporving antimalarial drug packaging on raising patient compliance rate for treatment of P.vivax malaria. Methods The blister packing containing chloroquine and primaquine was produced according to the national conventional 8 day treatment regimen for P.vivax malaria. The test group took the new packaging, and the control group took the ordinary packaging (with the traditional paper wrapping and paper bag packaging). The compliance of treatment was investigated with questionnare to the patient,and the phenobarbitone level-to-dose ratios concentration was measured in plasma of patient after treatment. Then the patient compliance rates of the new packaging methods and traditional paper wrapping and/or paper bag method were calculated. Results The rates for finishing the whole course with full dose of the test group and control group were 97.1% and 80.5% respectively. There was significant difference between these two groups(P<0.01). There was no difference for the treatment compliance of the new packing method between 3-day and 8-day courses. The compliance of the control method with the 8-day course was lower than that of 3-day course obviously(P<0 05). Conclusion The treatment compliance of the new method was higher than that of the control method. [
