摘　　要：总结了变频工作制的3种模式,分析了变频工作制与弹性工作制、饱和工作制等人力资源管理模式之间的联系,阐述了变频工作制在医院的具体应用及在公共行政管理领域的应用,并提出了应用变频工作制需注意的问题。It summarizes three models of variable frequency working system and compared with relevant theory,flexible working time and saturation working system,to analyze the relationship between them,and expounded the Variable frequency of working system in hospital and public administration fields.It presents the point should pay attention to when variable frequency working system be applicated.
