摘　　要：目的 探讨动态血糖监测系统（continuous glucose monitoring system,CGMS）用于危重患者实时血糖监测的可行性.方法 选取ICU危重患者56例,每4 h同步分别用指血糖仪、CGMS和动脉血生化检测法测定血糖值.对指血糖、CGMS血糖与动脉血糖值进行对比和回归分析.结果 指血糖、动态血糖与动脉血糖值之间相关性良好.结论 CGMS系统可以部分替代指血糖监测,作为ICU危重患者实时血糖监测的一种手段.Objective To discuss the feasibility of using continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS） in critically ill patients in ICU. Methods 56 critically ill patients were selected. Glucose was measured with following methods every 4 hours： fingerstick glucometry, CGMS and artery blood glucose test. The fingerstick glucometry, CGMS results were compared with artery blood glucose and linear regression analysis was performed. Results There has a good correlation between fingerstick glucometry, CGMS results and artery blood glucose. Conclusion CGMS system can be a feasible alternative to fingerstick glucometry in ICU.
