摘 要:目的:研究银黄煎液及其五级膜截留液中黄芩苷等3个有效成分的含量变化和体外抑茵作用。方法:采用多级膜分离方法按相对分子质量大小分离银黄煎液,HPLC测定成分含量,用金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌体外测试原液及各级分离物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:抑菌作用由强到弱依次为4级、3级、5级、2级、原液、1级。结论:膜分离方法可分段分离抑菌活性物质;微滤后的银黄煎液各级膜分离物抑菌作用均比原液强。Objective:To research Yinhuang decoction and its five stage membrane filter liquor,to analyze the content change of baicalin and other two kinds effective composition and in vitro effect of bacteriostasis.Method:Multi-stage membrane separation by molecular size was used to separate Yinhuang decoction.Ingredients were determined by HPLC.Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae were used to test the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of source liquid and all levels filter liquor.Result:In vitro effect of bacteriostasis from high to low order was four,three,five,two,source,one level filter liquor.Conclusion:Membrane separation method can be used to isolate antimicrobial activity substances by section.The antibacterial effect of membrane filter liquor after microfiltration is stronger than source decoction.
