摘 要:目的:建立复方止呕颗粒剂中6-姜酚含量的测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方止呕颗粒剂中6-姜酚含量。色谱柱Agilenttc-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(65∶35),流速0.8 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,进样量10μL,检测波长280 nm。结果:6-姜酚在0.113 5~2.270 0μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=540 646X-1 188(r=0.999 9,n=6),平均回收率为99.90%,RSD 1.14%。结论:方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为复方止呕颗粒剂中6-姜酚的含量测定方法。Objective:To establish a method for determining 6-gingerol in Antiemetic compound particles.Method:6-gingerol in decoction of Antiemetic compound particles was determined by HPLC.The column was Agilent TC C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water(65∶35) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm;injection volume was 10 μL.Result:6-gingerol was linear in the range of 0.113 5-2.270 μg and the regression equation was Y=540 646X-1 188(r=0.999 9,n=6).The average recovery was 99.90%,RSD 1.14%.Conclusion:The method is simple and reproducible for the determination of 6-gingerol in decoction of Antiemetic compound particles by HPLC.
