摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方茵陈糖浆中龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamond C18(4.60 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-水(25∶75),流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为25℃,进样量为10μL。结果:龙胆苦苷在1.257 5～12.575μg(r=0.999 9)与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.24%(RSD 1.84%)。结论:方法灵敏度高、简便、准确,可用于复方茵陈糖浆的质量控制。Objective：To determine gentiopicrin in Fufang Yinchen Syrup by HPLC.Method：Samples were determined on a Diamond C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methonal-water（25∶75）with flow rate at 1 mL·min-1,UV detection wavelength at 270 nm,column temperature at 25 ℃ and sample size at 10 μL.Result：The linear ranges of gentiopicrin was 1.257 5-12.575 μg（r=0.999 8）,the average recovery were 99.24%（RSD 1.84%）.Conclution：The method is sensitive,simple,accurate,and it can be used for the quality control of Fufang Yinchen Syrup.
