血塞通联合巴曲酶对急性脑梗死患者血清hsCRP及血浆vWF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血塞通联合巴曲霉对急性脑梗死患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRF)及血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平的影响。方法:82例急性脑梗死患者分为对照组(n=41)和治疗组(n=41),对照组应用血塞通注射液20 mL加入生理盐水注射液250 mL gtt,1次/d(d 1～d 4)。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,应用巴曲霉注射液20 mL加入生理盐水注射液250mL gtt(d 1,d 3,d 5)。观察比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后7,14 d时的神经功能缺损评分及血浆vWF水平、血清hsCRP水平的变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗71,4 d后,神经功能缺损评分均明显降低(P<0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.01)。治疗后7 d两组血浆vWF水平和血清hsCRP明显增加(P<0.01),对照组增加更明显(P<0.01);14 d时血浆vWF水平和血清hsCRP水平明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:血塞通联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效优于单用血塞通。Objective：To explore the impact of Xuesaitong United Batroxobin on serum hsCRP and plasma vWF levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method：Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group（n=41） and treatment group（n=41）.Control group patients were treated with Xuesaitong iv injection 20 mL with 250 mL saline once daity for（d 1-d 4）.Based on the application of the control group,the treatment group patients were additionally treated with Batroxobin 20 mL in 250 mL normal saline intravenously for d 1,d 3,d 5.The neurological deficit score and plasma vWF levels,serum hsCRP level were observed in this two groups,before treatment and after treatment 7,14 d.Result：The neurological deficit scores were significantly lower in the treatment group and control group,after 7,14 d（P0.01）.Compared with the control group,treatment group decreased more significantly（P0.01）.Compared with that before treatment,plasma vWF and serum hsCRP levels were significantly increased after 7 d（P0.01）,compared with the control group,treatment group increased more significantly（P0.01）;14 d plasma vWF levels and serum hsCRP levels were significantly lower（P0.01）,the treatment group decreased more significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion：Xuesaitong United Batroxobin appears to be better than the treatment of acute cerebral infarction by Xuesaitong alone.
