摘　　要：对传统的自动测试系统进行了简要分析,指出传统自动测试系统的不足。针对传统自动测试系统的不足,从合成仪器的硬件设计思想和软件需求两方面进行了阐述。主要介绍了合成仪器的模块化硬件结构,合成测试系统的软件组件编程思想,合成测试系统的软件算法以及合成测试系统的设计规则。Simply analyzes the traditional ATS and pointes out the disadvantages of traditional ATS.Then it focuses on the hardware design concept and software needs of synthetic instrument system.The modular hardware architecture,the modular software programming concept,the software approach and design rules of SMS are all elaborated.It is hoped that this essay will do hope to those who focus on the development of synthetic instrument system.
