摘　　要：在后国际金融危机背景下,杭州萧山汽配产业集群发展既有自身优势,也存在一些劣势;既存在着一定的机遇,也面临许多风险。必须加快建设服务型政府,巩固产业集群优势;抢抓国际经济格局调整和产业结构优化的历史机遇;努力避免资源瓶颈约束和创新能力不足的劣势;积极防范国内恶性竞争及国际贸易摩擦的威胁;"引进来"和"走出去"并举,注重产业合理化和产业高度化,加快提升杭州萧山汽车产业竞争力。In order to accelerate the cluster development of automobile parts industry and to improve its competitive ability in the context of post-financial crisis,the cluster development of automobile parts industry in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City has its own advantages and disadvantages at the same time it has some opportunities and many risks.Therefore,Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City must construct a service-oriented government to consolidate the advantages of this industrial cluster.In addition,it needs to seize the historical opportunity of international economic pattern adjustment and industrial structure optimization.The efforts should be made to avoid the disadvantages caused by restriction of resources shortage and lack of innovation,and to actively prevent vicious competitions and the threats of international trade frictions,and to focus on industrial structure rationalization and industrial advancement so as to speed up promoting the competitiveness of Xiaoshan automobile parts industry.
