摘　　要：加快社会主义新农村信息化建设,缩小城乡差距,对促进农业生产和推进新农村建设意义重大。本文着重论述了新农村信息化的作用和新农村信息化的重大意义以及必要性,在此基础上,提出了新农村信息化建设解决方案的构想,包括加强信息服务内容的选择;大力发展电子农务;积极推进电子政务。电子商务是提高新农村农民生活水平的快捷之路。It is significant for prompting the agricultural production and enhancing the new rural areas construction to speed up the informatization construction of new socialist rural areas and reduce the gap between the city and the countryside.This article focuses on the function,significance,and necessity of the new rural areas informatization.And thus,the paper comes up with the ideas of the solution to the construction of new rural areas informatizaion,including the choices of strengthening information service contents,striving to develop E-commerce,and actively promoting E-governmental affairs.E-commerce is fast path to increasing peasants＇living standards in the rural areas.
