摘　　要：文章对ISO 9000标准导入图书馆质量管理的重要性及可行性进行了论述,对建立符合ISO 9000标准的图书馆质量管理体系的工作步骤和在贯彻标准中应解决的问题进行了探讨。This paper makes a statement about the significance and availability of the introduction oflSO 9000 to the library quality management. It discusses procedures to establish the library quality management system in accordance with ISO 9000, and focuses on several problems appeared in the implementation of ISO 9000.
