摘 要:选择MnO2、BaCO3和ZnO为催化剂,通过煤的燃尽度测定和挥发分释放特性试验,进行不同煤质的催化研究,讨论不同催化剂和催化剂含量对煤燃烧性能的作用。结果表明,催化剂可以提高劣质煤的燃尽度和挥发分释放量,且对挥发分较低的煤催化作用最明显;催化剂的添加量存在一个最佳值。主要作用机理是:催化剂促进煤中挥发分的析出,促进气-固相燃烧反应的进行,从而加速煤的燃烧过程。The MnO2,BaCO3 and ZnO were used as catalysts.By means of burnout degree determination and volatile matter release characteristics tests,the catalysis of different coal was studied,and the effect of different catalyst and its content on the combustion property of coal were discussed.The results indicated that the burnout degree and the amount of volatile matter release of inferior coal could be enhanced with the addition of catalysts in coal,and more effective for low-volatile coal.It should be mentioned that there was an optimum amount of catalyst addition.The function principle was that the catalysts could accelerate the releasing of volatile matter and the rate of combustion reactions of the gas-solid phase,thus,the combustion process of coal were accelerated.
