摘　　要：结合宝钢高炉的生产经验,阐述了大型高炉的操作和管理的要点。大型高炉的优势是高煤气利用率、低燃料比、高劳动生产率,有利于环保的集中治理,但同时它又要求有更高的原燃料条件、稳定的操作、细致的长寿管理以及适合大型高炉的一整套操作制度。The author outlines the operation and management of large sized blast furnace in conjunction with production experience of blast furnace in Baosteel and states that the advantages of selecting large sized blast furnace lie on possibility of high availability of gas, low fuel rate and high labor productivity as well as possibility of centralized environment friendly treatment sequences; however operation of large sized blast furnace requires good raw material and fuel conditions, stable production, effective long campaign management and a complete set of suitable operation systems
