摘　　要：专利资产利润分成率的现有确定方法存在诸多缺陷,将模糊数学方法引入利润分成率的计算,创建基于集值统计的专利资产利润分成率综合评价法,并通过案例探讨该方法在评估实践中的应用。There are some defects in the methods now available to define the profit sharing rate of patent assets.This article introduces fuzzy mathematics into the computation for the profit sharing rate of patent assets,puts forward synthetic evaluation method grounded on mass statistics,and discusses its practical appliance in some evaluation cases.
