区域科技创新视角下的地方高校科研管理机制研究

摘　　要：增强自主创新能力是调整产业结构、转变增长方式的中心环节。地方高校是区域科技创新的主要力量,但是当前地方高校科研管理机制存在的问题抑制了地方高校在区域科技进步中作用的发挥。因此,地方高校要从服务理念、管理模式、创新平台、资源配置、评价体系、信息系统和科研经费监管等方面完善地方高校科研管理机制,带动区域创新活动。Enhancing independent innovation capability is the key point of adjusting industrial structure and changing growth mode.Local universities are major force in regional technology innovation.However,the current problems in scientific research management mechanism of local universities inhibit them to play their roles in regional technology progress.Therefore local universities should improve scientific research management mechanism from the respects such as service i-dea,management mode,innovation platform,recourse distribution,evaluation system,information system and supervision over scientific research expenditure so as to drive regional innovation activities.
