多元主体合作视角下的知识产权公共服务机制构建——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：经济的发展离不开知识产权,知识产权的发展需要知识产权公共服务的支持。为了提高江苏省知识产权公共服务的能力,必须重新整合和构建江苏省知识产权公共服务机制。通过公共服务理论的分析,认为应该促进政府主体、市场主体和社会主体三者之间的合作,通过三种主体之间优势互补,来提升江苏省知识产权公共服务能力。Economic development is inseparable from intellectual property.Meanwhile,the development of intellectual property needs the support of public service.In order to promote its public service ability of intellectual property,Jiangsu Province must re-integrate and construct such public service mechanisms.Through the analysis of public service theory,this paper argues that the government should promote the cooperation of subjects among the government,the market and the society by taking complementary advantages among them to improve the public service capacity of intellectual property in Jiangsu Province.
