基于SEDEA-Tobit的软件外包承接地效率影响因素分析

摘　　要：利用SE-DEA方法对14个软件外包承接城市进行投入产出效率分析,再将效率值作为因变量,将发展成本、科技创新能力、产业集聚程度、制度竞争力和开放程度作为自变量进行Tobit回归,研究这5个因素对软件外包效率的影响程度。结果表明:发展成本同几个效率值的相关性不显著,仅与技术效率成负相关;制度竞争力和产业集聚程度与效率值大体成负相关,其中制度竞争力的影响程度较大;科技创新能力和开放程度与效率值大体成正相关,开放程度的影响能力强于科技创新能力。The paper uses SE-DEA method to analyze the input-output efficiency of the 14 software outsourcing undertaking cities,and then uses Tobit regression method by making efficiency value as the dependent variable,the development cost,scientific and technological innovation ability,degree of industrial concentration,institutional competence and opening degree as independent variables to analyze the influence of these five factors on the efficiency of software outsourcing.The results show that： the development cost has no significant correlation with several efficiency value,only the negative correlation with the technical efficiency;system competitiveness,which has a greater competitive influence,has the negative correlation with the degree of industrial concentration;scientific and technological innovation ability and opening degree have the positive correlation with efficiency,of which the opening degree has a greater competitive influence.
