摘 要:探讨开松除杂对进口棉马克隆值测试结果的影响规律。通过对不同进口国、不同轧工方式、不同含杂率的棉纤维进行开松除杂处理,比较开松除杂前后棉纤维的马克隆值测试结果,结果表明:在没有较大杂质的情况下,细小杂质对马克隆值测试结果影响不大;开松作用可以使试验结果趋于稳定,开松除杂作用对锯齿棉马克隆值的影响明显小于对皮辊棉的影响。在检测棉纤维马克隆值前应使样品蓬松,可确保测试结果准确。Effect rule of opening and impurity elimination on test result of improted cotton Micronair value were discussed. Through opening and eliminating impurities of cotton fiber imported from different country, different ginning styles, different impurity content, Micronair value test results of cotton fiber before and after opening were contrasted. The result shows that Mieronair value is not affected greatly by fine impurity in condition of without larger impurity. Opening function is able to make test result trend to stable,the effects of opening on saw ginned cotton Micronair value is obviously less than that of roller ginned cotton. The accuracy of test results can be ensured when the sample is fluffy" before testing Mieronair value.
