快速检测原棉和棉条中棉结的方法探讨

摘　　要：探讨一种快速测试原棉和棉条中棉结的方法。分析了原棉和棉条中棉结的传统测试方法以及其测试原理,介绍了一种快速测试棉结的方法,通过介绍其关键技术以及分析传统目测法与机器所测结果的相关性,试验证明,由于测试原理不同,机器所测棉结数与目测法所测棉结数不尽相同,但趋势一致。认为:该方法可以快速测试出原棉及棉条的棉结,数据和传统方法所测结果趋势一致,具有较强的相关性,可以用于原棉和棉条中棉结的检测。One quick test neps method for raw cotton and cotton sliver was discussed. Traditional test method and test principle of neps for raw cotton and cotton sliver were analyzed. One quick test neps method was introduced. The key technology was introduced and test results correlation between traditional eye examination method and machine were analyzed. The test proves that the two test methods arc different while the trend is same because of different test principles. It is considered that neps in raw cotton and cotton sliver can be tested quickly by the new method,the data variation trend is same with two test methods,the correlation is stronger,the method can be used to test neps of raw cotton and cotton sliver.
