摘  要:总结浆纱工序节能的技术管理措施。阐述了高压上浆、合理设定上浆率和浆纱回潮率在节能上浆中的作用,介绍了压出回潮率的控制范围及上浆率和浆纱回潮率的控制方法,并提出浆纱理想回潮率的计算方法,指出浆纱工序的节能减排要将设备和工艺相结合,并对浆纱操作、计划安排和用浆管理各方面加强控制才能达到较好的效果。Technology management measures of saving energy in sizing were summarized. The functions of high pressure sizing, value of sizing rate and sizing regain in energy-saving sizing were introduced. Control range of extrusion regain, control measures of sizing rate and sizing regain were introduced. Calculation method of ideal sizing regain was proposed also. It is pointed out that the equipment and processing can be combined in sizing to save energy and reduce emission, and the better effect can be got after controlling sizing operation method, plan arrangement and size management.
