摘 要:研究梳棉机刺辊下加装梳针分梳板、锯齿分梳板对涤纶纱毛羽的影响。用YG172型纱线毛羽仪对隔距为0.3 mm、0.5 mm和1.0 mm时梳针分梳板和锯齿分梳板加工涤纶纱时2 mm和3 mm及以上毛羽进行了检测。结果显示:两种分梳板均在隔距为0.3 mm时最有利于毛羽的减少。两种分梳板对比,总体上以加装梳针分梳板更有利于减少涤纶纱毛羽。Effect of pin and saw-tooth carding plate installed under the lick-in of carding machine on polyester yarn hairiness was studied. The 2 mm and over 3 mm hairiness of yarn produced under the conditions of using pin carding plate and saw-tooth carding plate at the gauges of 0.3 mm, 0.5 ram and 1.0 mm were tested with YG172 hairiness tester. The result shows that two kinds of carding plate at the gauge of 0.3 mm were the best for decreasing hairiness. Compared with two carding plates, installing pin carding plate was more favorable for decreasing polyester yarn hairiness.
