摘　　要：国家科研经费投入的快速增长既为科技创新提供了支持,也对科学基金划分科研成果归属并开展绩效评估提出了挑战。探讨了多元资助格局对科学基金绩效评估提出的方法论挑战,认为深入的项目资助案例研究与受资助者的学术履历分析是破解这一难题的两条重要途径。阐述了两种方法的特点与用途,并对多元资助格局下的科学基金绩效评估问题进行了分析,最后提出了改善多元资助格局的对策建议。The rapid increasing of national ST expenditure not only gives more support for ST innovation,but also makes science funding agencies encounter difficulties to delimit ownership of ST achievements and conduct performance evaluation.The paper discusses the methodological challenges issued by the regime of multi-funding sources on science funding agency performance evaluation,and argues that in-depth case studies of granted projects and analyses of grantees＇ curriculum vitas are two key avenues to reconcile the paradox.The characteristics and usage of the former mentioned approaches are elaborated,and recommendations for science funding agency performance evaluation in the regime of multi-funding sources are also concluded.
